I think Lance handled it with a great deal of finesse and made me have a great feeling about myself and everyone else that being gay can be about being.

Wow thats crazy.. i kno im a little late but damn.. but i like it tho because im gay!!

WOW....Is it really true? I knew Lance was queer the minute I saw him on THE VIEW with his tiny little chihuahua in his arms!!!!I hear he's a bottom and likes to get it......UP THERE!!!!Hey,it's his business. His sexal preference is his sexual preference. These days,we have learned to tolerate things out of "THE BOX" and realize that not everyone is krazy for the opposite sex or the pussy-you know!

Richie Van Biljk

I agree with Lance 100%-if rumours abound about your sexuality-than who the hell are you kidding by denying it anyway? As if there is something wrong with homosexuality in 2006.Only the perpetually ignorant or religiously mind-less fanatics try to perpetuate that age old myth that being gay is somehow sick any more! WAKE UP AMERICA...not everyone is heterosexual-plain and simple!Gay men and women are everywhere and are virtually indistinguishable from heterosexuals.WE ARE CONSENTING,TAX PAYING ADULTS.We deserve the exact same rights, protections and respect as any other citizens of this great country. To deny this in this day and age is the epitamy of injustice!!!!

Hey! I was off by a week!

Lance Bass in a "very stable" relationship? Maybe he should check that out. Reichen has been married twice in 3 years. He dated one guy last July and was married to another by September. I'm waiting 4 more mos at most for him to get sick of Lance's Newly-Out Antics. Hasta...

Here's the thing about Lance Bass coming out. It's completely great that he was able to do it in his own time and his own way. Yeah, there are a lot of famous people in the closet but then they get outed and they feel pressured to be a postiive gay celeb. Better to let someone come into their own and be able to just say, "Hey, I'm gay, in a stable relationship and happy." That gets the mainstreaming of gay life so much further. "Hey, I'm gay. Let's move on." That, for one, in my humble opinion has been the next phase of the freeing of letting people live life. The Provincetown and Abbey lifestyle are not what life is about exclusively. They should transform so that Anderson Cooper can come in and enjoy as much as George Michael. Ideally, being Gay is not just about sex and who takes what where but about being comfortable being who you are whether you want to identify as gay or straight, etc. It's not about being special one way or the other but about acceptance across the board and I think Lance handled it with a great deal of finesse and made me have a great feeling about myself and everyone else that being gay can be about being.
